Learner portal accessibility enhancements

To ensure the learner portal is fully accessible for all, Civica Learning has been enhanced to ensure it completely conforms to the WCAG AA accessibility standard. This has resulted in some minor changes to the UI and layout within the learner portal.

Team leader dashboard enhancements

For team leaders who also have either the reporter or content administrator roles, the Team leader dashboard has been enhanced to include buttons to enable the team leader to access these features faster.

Session enrolment cancellation (learner) enhancement

Where a learner cancels their enrolment on a session, the system now prompts the learner to enter a reason for their cancellation. 

Session reporting enhancements

Where a learner cancels their enrolment for a session, their specified reason is recorded and visible in the Events / sessions reports.

The reports have also been enhanced to clearly identify users that were enrolled, but did not attend the session.

Various bug fixes.
