User management updates
When a user with a Reporter role changes their position within their organisation, the change in role may mean that any existing reports and report templates that they own, are no-longer appropriate. This is usually because their Reporter role has a new scope and includes a different cohort of learners to those that are referenced in their existing reports and report templates.
This can present problems from a GDPR perspective, as the Reporter then has access to learner information that is inappropriate.
To prevent this being an issue, the Adminstration portal has been updated to add a new Delete user's reports option. This can be accessed on the Users | {user} | Properties page, and allows Global administrators to delete any existing reports and report templates owned by the Reporter. Note that this is a one-off operation, that cannot be undone.

Anonymous reporting
In some circumstances, it is necessary to gererate reports that have been anonymised from a user perspecive. For example, where usage data for the system needs to be sent to a team that analyse usage trends, but who do not have permisson to view learner specific data.
Previously this was not possible, since even though the Report generator page allowed all profile data associated with a learner to be omitted from a report, the reports always included the learners username.
To allow fully anonymous reports to be generated, an explicit Username option has now been added to the Reports | Report generator | USER PROFILE DATA section, and this can be added or removed as required.
