Content administrator category filtering

A new option has been added to the system that allows a Global administor to control what categories a Content administrator can see when accessing the system. The option is available on the Settings | Advanced page in the ROLES section. The new Prevent content administrators from seeing categories not associated with content they own option, should be selected if you want content administrators to only see categories associated with content they have ownership rights over. When this option is not selected, content administrators can see all categories defined on the system.

Retiring the Agylia support email address (IMPORTANT)

As previously noted in the Coming Soon section, we are continuing our migration away from the Agylia brand to Civica Learning. As from the 1st February 2024, the following changes will be applied:

• The address to email support tickets will change from support@agylia.com to support@civica-learning.com (note current restrictions on sending email to the support team will remain; only authorised contacts will be able to send emails to the support team, and emails sent from non-authorised users will be automatically deleted).
• The email address used to send responses to support tickets will change from support@agylia.com to support@civica-learning.com
