Certification updates
The Admin Portal user interface for creating and modifying certification definitions has been updated. The changes are as follows:
- Administrators now use the Certifications | {certification} | Properties page to manage the items on the LMS that trigger the award of the certification. The certification can be awarded, either when the learner passes or completes a content item or when they attend a session of an event.
- The Certifications page for content items or events, now list the certifications that the item is associated with, but this is for reference purposes only - administrators can no-longer associate the item with a certification from this page. For convenience, quick links are provided on the page to access any associated certifications.
- Certification expiration emails can be customised using the standard email templates available at the system level (Settings | Notification templates), and now also at the certification level (Certifications | {certification} | Notification templates).

Learner Portal - updated approvals interface
The Approvals page in the Learner Portal has been updated to streamline the approvals process. The changes are as follows:
- Approvers can now approve or reject pending approvals, without navigating to the details page of the approval request (where sufficient information is available). The Approver can still access the full details of an approval request, for example, to view any attached evidence with the submission, if required.
- The top-bar display of the number of pending approvals has been replaced with a single bell notification icon. The bell icon is displayed where the Approver has pending approvals.
- The displayed list of approvals is by default filtered to pending items only, however, the Approver can display any historic approval requests, if required.
- The display and processing of approval requests is now consistent between the Approvals page and the Team leader approvals page.
Content enrolment options updated
A new enrolment option has been introduced - Enrolment required with no self-enrolment. This option caters for scenarios where enrolment is centrally driven, either in an automated fashion via the public API, or manually by training administrators, where learners are not permitted to enrol or request enrolment on an item directly. This option is now available in the Admin and Learner Portals, and support for this feature will be rolled out to the Agylia mobile Apps over time.
