Batch enrolment updates

The Agylia LMS has been enhanced to support additional batch enrolment options:

1. Administrators can now batch import enrolments for sessions. For sessions that have already occurred, and the session is setup for automatic completion, learners are automatically marked as having attended the session as part of the import process.
2. For content items that support Complete by and Maximum allowed launches constraints, the batch import process can now be used to update any default/or previously specified values for these constraints.
3. Optionally, as part of the batch import process, administrators can send enrolment notifications, irrespective of the user's current enrolment status.
