Enhanced reporting facilities

The current reporting functionality has been enhanced to support:

• Creating report templates (consisting of the report type and configuration), which can be saved and run at any point
• Running reports on a scheduled basis, e.g. weekly or monthly
• Sending notifications to reporters when a report completes
• Sending emails to arbitrary users, with a time limited link that allows them to view a generated report

Additionally, each report now has a unique icon on the Active reports page, to make each of the reports easier to identify.
