Administrator enrolment reasons
In some circumstances, global administrators or content administrators need to add notes to the enrolment information for learners, as they enrol the learners on a session. This information can be used to track details associated with the enrolment. For example, an administrator may wish to document whether the learner's attendance on a session is included within their service plan, or is training their organisation needs to be charged for.
The system has now been enhanced to include this capability. Global administrators can define whether enrolment reasons are required, and if so, the format of the enrolment reasons. Format options include free text notes, and administrator defined choices, e.g. No payment required, Employer payment, Project funded, etc. Where enrolment notes are configured, they must be added to any administrator driven session enrolment.
When enrolment reasons have been added to a session enrolment, the information added is included in the Event session status report and the Event session activity report. The enrolment reasons are not visible to learners.
