AICC external content support
The system has been enhanced to support the use of AICC 4.0 content. AICC content cannot be uploaded to the system, but is supported through the use of links to content hosted by an external third-party provider. AICC content is launched using a standard Web link content item, configured to track completion using an external provider. Course tracking includes the completion status of the content and any scores returned by the content, and this information is available via the reports. For more information on how to an a web link that launches AICC, please refer to the How To: Create and publish a web link article.
Bulk user delete
Global administrators can now bulk delete users on the system. The availability of this feature is configured on a per customer basis. Please contact support if you would like this feature enabled. For details on how to bulk delete users, please refer to the How To: Bulk delete user accounts article.
Role import improvements
When importing roles and there are errors in the imported data, it can often be difficult to identify which part of the role definition is incorrect. This is especially the case where a specific role is associated with multiple groups and/or organisational units. The import process has been enhanced to include additional details regarding the specific groups or organisational units that are incorrectly defined. This enhancement will make it easier for Global admins to identify and correct errors in role imports.
Similar enhancements have also been applied to other bulk import reports.
