Email Template Editing
The Agylia LMS now supports the customisation of the system's email templates by administrators.
Previously, email templates (that are used as the basis for all emails sent by the system), had to be configured by Agylia Support during system implementation. However, with this new feature, the system's email templates are now available in Settings | Email templates, and can be tailored to meet LMS specific requirements. Global administrators can edit the wording, formatting, and insert placeholders in templates, which are then replaced with user or context specific values when an email is sent.

Two Factor Authentication
The Agylia LMS now supports two factor authentication, which provides an additional layer of protection for administrator access to the Administrator Portal. With two factor authentication enabled, when you log into the Agylia Administration Portal, after providing a username and password, you will be asked for a verification code. The code is delivered to your mobile device either via SMS or by using a two-factor authentication application such as Google authenticator. This additional step ensures that a malicious person who has discovered your password, will not be able to log into your Agylia Administration Portal by using compromised credentials.
