To unlock a user's account
- Log in to your Administration portal, as a Global administrator or Password Administrator.
- On the NAVIGATION pane, click Users.
- On the Results page, click the user you wish to unlock.
INFO: To find the user that you require, type the name of the user, or another property, in the SEARCH box, and click Search, or filter the list of users by Group or Organisational Unit, or use Advanced search.
- In the ACTIONS section, click Unlock.

Hi Neil
Is this still up-to-date as I can't find the 'Actions' section in the menu.
Any guidance to unlock an account would be useful.
