Administrators can view a learner's status for their assigned content, on the Users | {user} | Content page. This page allows administrators to select the relevant item and then view or modify the learners status for the item (see the How To: Update a user's status for a content item article for more details).
However, administrators also need to view the status of all learners for a specific content item. This function is provided on the Catalogue | {content item} | Users page, which shows the enrolment and completion status for the selected item. The displayed status may be any of the following values, depending on the items configuration: Not enrolled, Pending enrolment approval, Enrolled, Not attempted, In progress, Completed, Passed or Failed.
To view the status for learners assigned to a content item
- Log in to your Civica Learning Administration portal, as a Global administrator or Content administrator.
- On the NAVIGATION pane, click Catalogue.
- On the Results page, click the item for which you want to view learner's statuses.
INFO: To find content items, use the SEARCH section.
- On the item page, in the SECTIONS section, click Users.
- Learner statuses are then displayed and you can use any of the available filters to refine the displayed cohort / statuses.
INFO: Administrators can configure enrolment statuses from this page, but completion statuses are read only.
