Our DevOps team continue to investigate the cause of this issue, and a product update will be released as soon as possible. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

09-03-2023 12:00: [Report only] We are aware of an issue causing user imports to fail in some cases. Issues being seen include a failure to upload the import successfully, or the import is not processing/no result file being sent. Our DevOps team are investigating the cause of this issue, and a product update is being developed to resolve this issue. Due to the complexity if this issue it is anticipated that this will be resolved week commencing 13th March. No other functionality is impacted by this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
