02-05-2023 08:41: [Resolved] The issue impacting availability of apps in the Apple App Store is now resolved. All mobiles apps are now reinstated and can be installed in the normal way. We apologise for the inconvenience that this caused.
26-04-2023 13:15: [Report only] We are continuing to work with Apple to resolve this problem. Apple has identified that the issue relates to recently supplied bank details (under the Civica name) not matching the account name within Apple iTunes (Agylia). While our mobile learning apps are not classed as “paid for apps” by Apple, the requirement for valid bank details is a (new) blanket requirement, even for organisations who supply free Apps through the App store.
As of Friday 21st April, we have a named support contact within Apple who is dealing with the issue. We are chasing for a resolution on a daily basis and will continue to do so until the issue is resolved.
We apologise for the ongoing inconvenience.
18-04-2023 08:51: [Report only] We're aware of an issue in the Apple App Store, where some users are unable to find and install new versions of their mobile Apps. Learners with Apps already installed are not affected by this issue. We are investigating this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
