30-10-2023 (Resolved) Notification emails not being delivered

30-10-2023 11:40: [Resolved] This issue has now been resolved. A small number of notification emails were not sent by the platform during the period 9:10am - 11:25am. The issue resulted from an update by one of our service providers. Please note that any emails that should have been sent by the platform during this period may not be sent to users.

30-10-2023 11:24: [Initial report] We are aware of an issue where email notifications are not being sent from the platform, and global administrators are unable to access the Email log page. Our DevOps team are investigating, and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
