Dear customer,
To ensure we maintain a high standard of security, we are making a change to our networking infrastructure on Monday, 20th February 2023.
Please inform your IT department of the additional IP addresses below. These need to be in place by Friday, 17th February 2023to ensure Civica can still fully support you if the current UK IP address(s) become unavailable.

The changes to public IP addresses included in this communication do not impact the delivery of the Civica Learning lms product provided. No changes are therefore required for continued service or support for this product.
If you purchase services other than Civica Learning from Civica, you may need to arrange to include the new additional IP addresses in your firewalls/networking devices to ensure that you are able to access and get support on those products. This update is typically only needed where internet access is restricted, and in many cases no changes will not be required, but we would recommend that you discuss this with you IT team/provider.
