A message from our CEO regarding the Coronavirus outbreak:
In addition to the personal health concerns that many people feel, there is increasing uncertainty in the business community around the business risks presented by Coronavirus and its potential impacts.
Here at Civica, we have had comprehensive contingency planning in place for the past 7 years. With the recent concerns over Coronavirus, we have just completed a careful review of our existing contingency plans and I wanted to share with you our conclusions.
Civica's servers are in secure distributed locations, each of which utilises state-of-the-art physical and cyber security measures to maintain service. Our own staff can work equally well from our office locations or from their home offices and we are confident of their ability to function and work securely to continue to provide you with full service.
We have successfully tested the ability of each part of our team to move to a remote office working environment and are confident that our contingency planning is robust and reliable. We have already taken any steps we consider necessary to maintain ongoing service in even the most adverse conditions.
In summary, we do not anticipate any change in the standards of service offered by Civica Learning or by Civica's staff. If you encounter any routine technical issues or difficulties that we can help you with, please continue to report issues to our help desk at Civica Learning Support and we will log and respond to issues in the normal way.
If you still have any concerns about how the Coronavirus might affect the way you work with Civica, please do feel free to contact me personally at timb@agylia.com and I will see that your questions are answered.
Regards
Tim Buff
