All emails sent by the system, by default, include a standard email signature. The signature is included in the default email templates as a placeholder item, which is replaced when an email is sent, with your customised signature.
Global administrators can customise your email signature, in any of your supported languages (configured during system implementation), to match your requirements.
INFO: If you have other languages configured on you lms, repeat this process for each language.
To edit your email signature
- Log in to your Administration portal, as a Global administrator.
- On the NAVIGATION pane, click Settings.
- In the SECTIONS section, click Notification templates.
- On the Notification templates page, click the - Signature - email template.
- In the - Signature - dialog box, you can configure the following:
- LANGUAGE. Choose the language variant of the signature you wish to edit.
- BODY. Update the text that will appear in the signature.
- When all configuration is complete, click Save.
To reset your Signature template
- Log in to your Administration portal, as a Global administrator.
- On the NAVIGATION pane, click Settings.
- In the SECTIONS section, click Notification templates.
- On the Notification templates page, click the - Signature - email template.
- In the - Signature - dialog box, at the bottom, click the here link (as shown below), and then click Save:
