 To view the Activity stream

You can view the statements that have been logged to the Learning Record Store (LRS) as users access the lms or Apps and consume content.

1. Log in to your Administration portal.
2. On the NAVIGATION pane, click Reports.
3. In the SECTIONS section, click Activity stream.
4. Click any statement that you wish to view.

INFO: You can filter the displayed statements by the statement's xAPI Verb, the User that logged the statement(s), or the Content Item the statements refer to.

INFO: The displayed list of statements will automatically refresh every 15 seconds. However, if required, you can force the page to refresh to show the latest statements and maintain your specified filters, by clicking Refresh.

A short demonstration of how to use the Activity stream

To export xAPI statement data

You can export the statement data on display, taking into account the currently applied filters, in either a CSV or JSON format.

1. Log in to your Administration portal.
2. On the NAVIGATION pane, click Reports.
3. In the SECTIONS section, click Activity stream.
4. In the ACTIONS section, click Export.
5. In the Export activity stream dialog box, in the drop-down list, select the required export format (JSON or CSV), and then click Start export:
   
6. The system generates the required data to export, and then sends an email containing a link to enable you to download the exported data.

Important Note: Event session enrolments and attendances prior to the introduction of filters on this page (8th March 2018) do not appear in the activity stream when filters are applied. Enrolments or attendance recorded after this date do appear with filters applied. This has no impact on reporting features.
