Planned Service Interruption - 10th April 2024 - Database Upgrades

As part of our ongoing product development, we will be performing important system maintenance to migrate the Learning Record Store (LRS) database to a new infrastructure. This will provide improved capabilities and scalability.

During this maintenance period, we do not anticipate any significant interruption of service, however users may see minor issues with course tracking and bookmarking. 

This upgrade work is scheduled to take place on the following dates:

• Wednesday, April 10th from 21:00 to 23:00 BST
• Other dates to be notified
