As previously announced (Coming Soon: Changes to Support Contact Details), as part of the continued integration Agylia team into Civica, various elements of the Civica Learning (formerly Agylia LMS) support site will be rebranded as Civica Learning.
To support this the following changes will be made:
- The address to access the support site will change from https://support.agylia.com to https://support.civica-learning.com
- The address to email support tickets will changes from support@agylia.com to support@civica-learning.com (note current restrictions on sending email to the support team will remain; only authorised contacts will be able to send email to the support team, and emails sent from non-authorised users will be automatically deleted).
- The email address used to send responses to support tickets will changes from support@agylia.com to support@civica-learning.com
- Agylia LMS will change to Civica Learning in various support articles
This update will take place on Friday 19th May, starting from 16:00 British Summer Time (BST), and is expected to take several hours to complete. During this time there will be periods where it will not be possible to:
- Access the support site
- Raise new support tickets
- View/manage existing support ticket
Please note that raising or updating support tickets by using email will also not be possible during this service interruption. Please do not send emails to the support team until this is confirmed as complete as your email may be lost permanently.
We will add a service interruption to the site as a reminder approximately two hours before the work begins, however due to the nature of the update there will be times where access to this is not available. We will further update this after the migration to the new brand is complete.
Initially, the existing addresses will remain supported, with redirection in place to guide you to the correct support portal. We will announce when support for the existing addresses will be dropped in the future.
Please be assured that the team you deal with will not change as part of this process, and the Agylia team look forward to working with you under the new brand.
