Coming Soon: SFTP service location update (IMPORTANT)

The Civica Learning platform supports automated user provisioning and user profile updates via an SFTP service. This process uses CSV files exported form the customer's HR or CRM platforms, which are imported to the Learning platform on a nightly basis. Please refer to the Explained: Automated Bulk User Import article for details.

Previously, the SFTP service was located at ftp-<region>.portal-agylia.com  however, this service has been moved to ftp-<region>.civica-learning.com. Both SFTP service URLs are currently active, however the portal-agylia.com SFTP service will be deprecated on 31/10/2025.

Any customers using the portal-agylia.com service should migrate to using the civica-learning.com service by 31/10/2025 to avoid any interruption of service.
